-ST,. KITTS LEADER FOUND INNOCENT
William Herbert, leader of the People's Action Movement, and six of his followers were found innocent November 27 of conspiring to overthrow the government of St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla by force. The charge was armed attack on the Basseterre police station June 10 in a move by Anguilla to secede.
