reported December 1 that the Guatemalan government claimed that Yon Sosa, the leader of the Movimiento Revolucionario 13 de Noviembre, was wounded during a skirmish with government forces and two of his guerrilla followers killed. The report has not yet been confirmed by the MR-13.
